Author Bio
John Alexander Bedoya Ocampo graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia as a Philologist of English. He worked as a high school teacher of languages at Secretarìa de educación in Bogotá for 7 years, where he participated in school and local coexistence committees. He is currently pursuing his masters degree in Human Rights and Citizenship at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. He isdeveloping a school project on Human Rights at Cortijo Vianey school in Bogotá. He was selected to presentat the International Centre for Education and Democratic Citizenship conference held at the University College of London on June 16, 2017.
