Abstract
As a former undergraduate student of Art History and Arts Management at the University of San Francisco, this marketing and communications plan initiative is how I thank Thacher for the resources and transformative experiences it has given me over the last five years. After working at Gleeson Library's Periodicals Department for three years, Thacher was my distraction, lunch break room , and temporary office. Most importantly, it was my classroom. I took a Gallery Practicum for one semester during my senior year to help mount the 13th Art+ Architecture Annual, a juried student exhibition, award ceremony, and gallery reception. During my experience, I directly contributed to Thacher's visibility and and student engagement on campus, which is how I noticed a lack of participation from my peers. I seek to help Thacher maximize access .and awareness to its diverse audiences, and encourage more involvement through interactive collaborations. The following sections and appendices illustrate the significance of my initiative.
