Author Bio
Lina Lenberg is an educator who has been working with ELL students for nearly 20 years. She is a doctoral student at USF with a concentration in Human Rights Education. For the past four years, Lina has served as the vice principal of an international school in San Francisco where she works closely with students and families from around the world. She also oversees curriculum development and mentors teachers in integrating social justice into their classes. In addition, she runs a Social Justice Club in order to raise awareness, build solidarity and inspire activism in her students.
