Author Bio
Rachel Brand (she/her) is a postdoctoral fellow at Santa Clara University in the Center for Food Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Her research looks at food insecurity on college campuses, student activism, and action research. Rachel is also a doctoral candidate in the International and Multicultural Education program at the University of San Francisco.
