Abstract
In this track, we, the producers, cypher with Dr. David Stovall, connecting ecology to the current times through the lenses of abolition and fugitivity. We lay the groundwork for volume three and think through how to equip ourselves to disrupt old ways of thinking about education to collectively create futures in which Black communities can access liberation. By linking the historical impacts of desegregation, acts of subversion, and methods of refusal, Dr. David Stovall and the producers invite readers to commune with our stories, knowings, and musings.
