Abstract
Tracy Jo Barnwell received an MA from the Writing Seminars at Johns Hopkins in 1998 and a PhD in creative writing from the University of Houston in 2005. She has been the recipient of an Academy of American Poets Award, the Barthelme Award for fiction. Her work has recently appeared in Pleiades, Gettysburg Review, Quarterly West, and The Missouri Review.
